ISO certification Acquisition
NTT LOGISCO simultaneously acquired ISO 9002 quality assurance standards and ISO 14001 environmental management standards from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in November 1999 for the first time in the logistics industry. In August 2009 when certifications were upgraded, it was switched to quality ISO 9001, which improved their management system in an upward spiral. In June 2005 it has also acquired medical ISO certification as they started handling medical devices.
We think that aiming to provide high quality services and running eco-friendly business help to develop CS (customer satisfaction) and consider that the relationship between quality and medical ISOs and environmental ISO is like the two wheels on a bike.
We would like to steadily continue improving services quality and providing eco-friendly services to fulfill customers’ trust and demand, taking one step at a time.
