Privacy Policy

NTT LOGISCO CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as our company) has established and complies with the following information protection policy in order to ensure that its members recognize their social responsibility and handle important information such as personal information and other customer information carefully under the principle of respect for character in promoting business activities.

Article 1 Collection and Utilization of Information

  1. Our company acquires personal information after clarifying the purpose of acquisition.
  2. The types of information to be collected are as follows.

  3. The purpose of the information to be acquired is as follows.
    Except as permitted by law, our company handles personal information within the scope of the following usage purposes.
    1. Customer information and business partner information

    4. In the case of receiving Specific Personal Information, etc. described in writing directly from a business partner, the purpose of use shall be clearly indicated each time, except for cases falling under each item of Article 21, Paragraph 4 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act".).
      However, this shall not apply to cases falling under Article 18, Paragraph 3, Item 1 or 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act, which shall be replaced by Article 30, Paragraph 3 of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (Hereinafter referred to as the "numbering method".).

      • ⑥ Affairs pertaining to preparation of notification of acquisition of qualification for health insurance
      • ⑦ The work of providing personal numbers for benefit work performed by the NTT Corporate Pension Fund
      • ⑧ Processes related to preparation of withholding records for benefits under contract-type corporate pension plans
      • ⑨ Affairs pertaining to preparation of applications for tax exemption of property-building pension savings and property-building housing savings
      • ⑩ Processes related to the provision of Specific Personal Information, etc., including an Individual Number, in order to prepare a statement of trust, a record of payment of consideration, etc. for the transfer of shares, etc., and a record of consideration for the transfer of shares, etc. received by a registered holder upon entrustment from a member holding association or an officer holding association
  4. Information shall be used only by those who are authorized according to the specific business to the extent necessary for the execution of the business, and shall not deviate from the purpose of acquisition.

Article 2 Compliance with laws and regulations

  1. Our company will comply with all applicable laws, national guidelines, guidelines and other standards regarding the personal information it holds.

There is a possibility that our company may create Anonymous Processing Information or Kana Processing Information by processing the personal information it holds, but when it does, it will disclose the items of Anonymous Processing Information and the purpose of use of Kana Processing Information.

Article 5 Joint use of personal information

Our company does not share personal information or specific personal information with any specific person.

Article 6 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Our company does not provide any personal information to third parties.

Article 7 Entrustment of the handling of personal information

Our company may outsource some of its business operations in order to provide better service to customers. At that time, personal information may be entrusted to the subcontractor. In this case, we will select an outsourcer that meets a sufficient level of personal information protection, conclude an entrustment contract for personal information protection, and thoroughly manage and supervise the outsourcer.
