NTT LOGISCO’s cloud-type web-based logistics management system (WMS) can be quickly installed at a low cost to respond to the need to conduct real-time inventory management and product acceptance and shipment management based on the latest and actual inventories.

NTT LOGISCO’s Inspection RMA system/24-hour emergency delivery system is a logistics management system that supports the following two operations: inspection RMA logistics (import agency work for network devices and other items, acceptance inspection, shipment setup, delivery to end-users in Japan, and delivery of alternative devices during maintenance) and 24-hour emergency delivery and distribution (delivery based on designs to suit client demand in case of trouble with network devices).
*Return material authorization (RMA): When a malfunction or defect is found in an end-user’s product, this system clarifies the details of the malfunction or defect and requests the manufacturer to repair or replace the product with an alternative product (applicable to products warranted by the manufacturer).

Data from multiple systems, such as the cloud-type web-based logistics management system used in logistics and the client’s trunk system, are connected and used for KPI management as they can be displayed together in the visualization system. Box size forecasting system using AI
NTT LOGISCO developed a system to forecast the size of a packaging box for a product upon shipment using AI.As the AI learns the actual data of box sizes used to ship products, it forecasts the optimal box sizes for an ordered product. This releases workers from estimating and preparing box sizes based on products; thus, the system drastically improves work efficiency and productivity.
